Installation with prints, photographs, found objects, plaster sculptures, minerals, sound, and video projection
Dimensions variable (approx. 150 × 200 cm wall panel with extended floor setting)
G.R.O.T.T.O. consists of a vertical wooden structure carrying prints and photographs, combined with objects and sculptural elements arranged on a wooden bench and the surrounding floor. The work incorporates found materials collected from nearby wastelands, natural minerals, and artificial rock formations made from colored plaster.
A video projection of flowing water overlays key parts of the arrangement and sound elements with white, brown and pink noise simulate an auditory grotto-like environment.
