Series of carborundum collagraph prints on cotton rag paper,
each 42,0 x 59,4 cm
TRAIL-CAM I-VI uses night-vision footage from automated trail cameras tracking animal movement in peripheral forests. These images become source material for carborundum collagraph prints, a technique combining abrasive surfaces with intaglio printing.
The work reflects on our strained relationship to nature, approached through technological means.
